WTF. The aftermath of a hit-’n-run perhaps?
Even 5MPH is too fast for not having a wheel. But that’s not even the worst of it. Steering and braking are both seriously compromised here. That last-second lane change was bad enough; I can only imagine what getting off the freeway must have been like...

I heard about this! There is a Vw developed ECU hack that allows it to do that. You can drive without a fourth wheel.
